Art on Stuff

Sometimes there isn’t enough wall space for a painting, or there are too many free-range kids and animals around to keep an art textile in good condition. Maybe you’d just like to wear a splash of unique pattern, or see a inspiring image first thing in the morning with your cup of tea. Well, let me introduce my art on stuff.

As Squarespace made it easy for me to dip my toe into print-on-demand for my web store, I thought I’d give it a try, starting with cat watercolours on mugs. I will be adding some textile items, such as tote bags and small accessories. As I’m painting new artwork for my upcoming exhibition in October, I’m also using samples of my brushwork and colour compositions for textile patterns. My goal is to create a small pattern portfolio that complements the exhibition.
