Delivery costs are dependent on the delivery address of the customer, which are categorised as follows:

Shipping within Finland:

For unframed original watercolours from the artist’s studio:

General First Class mail delivery to the local post office or letterbox, starting from 2.50€.

For print-on-demand products serviced by Printful (such as mugs, tote bags, and textiles):

Flate rate delivery fee starting at 3.49€, depending on product and amount.

EU region: 

For unframed original watercolours from the artist’s studio:

Standard Priority Airmail, starting from 2.50€. Optional services, such as insurance or delivery receipt, are available upon request and with additional fees.

For print-on-demand products serviced by Printful (such as mugs, tote bags, and textiles):

Flate rate delivery fee starting at 3.49€, depending on product and amount. Fulfilment centres are chosen based on the delivery recipient’s country and availability of product materials. There are fulfilment centres located in the EU, but depending on the availability of product materials, such as some t-shirt colours, some product variants might be fulfilled and shipped from the USA.

Non-EU region:

For unframed original watercolours from the artist’s studio:

Fulfilment centres are chosen based on the delivery recipient’s country and availability of product materials. For t-shirts, the fulfilment centres are located in the USA/Mexico, Canada, Europe, Brazil, Japan, and Australia. Other products, such as all-over-print textiles, mugs, and bags, are fulfilled and shipped from the USA and EU.

Delivery time

Each order for an unframed original watercolour from the artist’s studio is processed and packaged and turned over to the local postal carrier within 1 -  2 days. Actual shipping transit time is subject to the national postal carrier terms.

Orders for print-on-demand products serviced by Printful are processed within a couple business days and shipping transit time varies between 5 to 20 days, depending on the destination and location of the facilitation centre.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

If you are outside the EU, you may be charged taxes and duties when your order arrives in the country. This is your responsibility to pay. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more.

PAYMENT

Payment methods available are Stripe and Paypal.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty

Contact the artist if an unframed original watercolour arrives damaged. Unframed watercolours damaged in transit have the possibility of being replaced with another watercolour, if the artist has a similar watercolour available.

Product return

Watercolours purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer must pay the costs incurred for the return. Always contact the artist before returning the product.

Print-on-demand products purchased through the online store and serviced by Printful have a 30-day right of return. The customer must pay the costs incurred for the return and any potential replacement. Contact Printful before returning the product.
