“Blaze on Blue” is an acrylic painting I painted in 2021. This poster is made from a photograph of the original painting (and colour-adjusted on a computer). The museum-quality poster is printed on thick matte paper with a multicolour, water-based inkjet printing technique. Original artwork information and artist’s signature are printed under the image.
The poster is delivered rolled up tightly. To flatten the poster after unwrapping it: gently unroll the poster and place it flat within the tissue paper it came in. Place the poster (sandwiched in between the tissue paper) on a clean and dry, smooth surface, and place a piece of clean cardboard (or thick heavyweight construction paper) on top of the poster, making sure that the poster edges or corners haven’t accidentally been folded under the poster. Place a heavy book (or a stack of heavy books, or large box) on top of the cardboard. Leave the poster under the weighty object(s) for several days.
