The cat called Harmi is a very stare-y character, who never reveals what she is thinking. It might appear as if she is looking longingly at another cat, yearning for companionship, but really she has no clue what to do with other cats. Her seemingly favourite activities are staring into space or penetratively at people, sleeping on woolly sweaters that are the same colour as her fur, and making sure everyone is in their beds at night.
Huumaantunut Harmi (Dazed Harmi) is a cat watercolour I painted in 2014 as part of a series. I have made variations on the original watercolour in different sizes, and now it's also on a mug! It's sturdy and glossy with a vivid print that'll withstand the microwave and dishwasher.
